Foxy’s Fit for Five

Holistic wellbeing and fitness

Foxy’s Fit for Five provides a rounded, holistic approach to wellbeing by providing classes in Tai Chi (standing and seated) as well as therapies such as hot stone massage, reflexology, Bowen technique and sports massage.

Our classes take place as follows:

Folk Hall, High Street, Portishead, BS20 6PR Thursday, 6:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.

S2 The Hub, 2/3 Old Mill Road, Portishead, BS20 7BX Monday, 8:15 p.m. – 9:15 p.m.

Redcliffe Bay Hall, Newhaven Road, Portishead, BS20 8LH Monday, 2:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. Thursday, 3:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. (Seated) Friday, 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.

These classes can help to improve your posture, balance, increase physical fitness, strength and flexibility. We recommend combining day to day activities with physical training as well as the therapies which we offer which have been shown to help the body and mind to relax and repair thus aiding good sleep, health and wellbeing. We believe in helping people with realistic goals which are achievable through a series of little baby steps. We can help encourage you to make small, positive and sustainable changes to your lifestyle so that you become fitter, stronger, healthier and happier.
